Attaching two laptops to one LapLok:
Absolutely! You can securely fasten two devices simultaneously on one LapLok however we recommend not attaching more than two laptops to one Laplok to prevent damage to the LapLok or your device.
Can I reuse my arm mount to another device?
No, the Arm Mount is designed for one-time
use only. Once removed from your laptop, its
attaching capacity will diminish, leaving your
device vulnerable to grab-and-go theft.
Where should the Arm Mount be positioned on the
laptop?
The Arm Mount should be positioned flat on the
bottom of the laptop, avoiding any bumps,
ridges, vents, or compartments. It should not
extend beyond the edge of the laptop. If unsure,
it's recommended to test the placement by
taping it on first.
Is the LapLok and Arm mount suitable for individuals
who are right-handed?
Yes, the LapLok and Arm Mount are suitable
for right-handed individuals. It is advised to
position the Mounting Plate and Arm Mount on
the lower left side on the bottom of the laptop for
easy accessibility from the side.

How do I install the Arm Mount, Parking Tab, and
Laptop Rubber Feet?
Select a suitable location on the bottom of
your laptop for attaching the Arm Mount,
ensuring ease of rotation for the 8” Mounting
Arm to connect to your LapLok. Ensure that
both the Mounting Plate and Arm lay flat
on the laptop surface, avoiding any
protrusions or vents. Do not place them
beyond the laptop's edge. If uncertain,
conduct a test by temporarily taping them in
place.
Clean the chosen location on the laptop using
the provided Alcohol Wipe.
3. Activate the Primer Ampule by squeezing or
bending it until the inner glass breaks. Apply the
primer to the designated area for Arm Mount
installation and allow it to dry for 30 seconds.
Remove the paper backing from the Arm
Mount and firmly affix it to the primed area on
the laptop. Press down firmly for 30 seconds
and allow 24 hours for the adhesive to dry
completely. Full curing takes approximately 3
days.
Identify the position for the Parking Tab to
secure the end of the 8” Arm Mount. Clean the
area with the Alcohol Wipe, apply the Primer,
and allow it to dry. Remove the paper tape from
the Parking Tab and glue it onto the laptop to
prevent rotation when not in use. Press down
firmly to ensure secure attachment.
For installation of the provided Rubber Feet,
clean the four corners of the laptop using the
Alcohol Wipe and apply the Primer. Remove the
paper backing from the Rubber Feet stickers
and firmly press them onto the corners for 30
seconds.
While the attached components are drying, it
is recommended to affix the LapLok Warning
Sticker as a theft deterrent to the lower right or
left-hand corner of your laptop.
How do I remove the Arm Mount from my device
To detach the Arm Mount, utilize a butter knife,
single-edge razor blade, or a similar tool as a
lever to carefully lift them off. This design is
implemented to deter theft. Apply the same
method to remove the Parking Tab.

Can I ask for an arm mount replacement or a refund?
All accessories, like the Arm Mount, are non-
refundable since this is a one-time use. The arm
mount is designed for one-time use only. Once
removed from your laptop, its attaching capacity
will diminish, leaving your device vulnerable to
grab-and-go theft.
